Interview with Ralph and Adam

JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Ralph: i just made a plea through court
Adam: I was out on bail for the pre sentencing process so it was just another crappy day at the court house just to be post poned or rescheduled like it always was and me to wait around to go to jail. I should of took the deal but i didnt

JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Ralph: no
Adam: The police stopped at my work and said they didnt wanna bother me at work and had me go to the police station a different day for questioning. Then when the charges where filed thay again came to my job and picked me up and filed the charges and i got bailed out

JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Ralph: i was in jail placed in an inmate hold in shackles
Adam: Court sucked. It was scheduled and rescheduled then post poned and then took hours to have a ten minute session. Just not a good expedrience. it reminded me of a funeral every time i was there. Nobody thats there wants to be there so its just a depressing place to be

JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Adam: Vehicle Homicide Dui/vehicle homicide/ underage dui/ involuntary manslaughter. Convicted of all of them
