JM: Did you have regular access to telephones?
Ralph: yes
Adam: Yes all day except during counts and at night
JM: What types of charges applied for calling people? How much money would you guess the average inmate spends per week on phone calls?
Ralph: collect
Adam: it was collect calls and who ever you called
paid for the call. not sure on price
JM: Did you need to buy phone cards to call out?
Ralph: no
Adam: no the calls where collect
JM: Did the jail screen your calls?
Ralph: they say they do. i have had mine screened, if
they need to they contact the phone company to
get the phone records
Adam: yes it said so before you called
