JM: What types of facilities were available to help pass the time?
Paul: Lol a chess board and a deck of cards there was monthly access to the gym but it was pointless, oh anda 25 inch tv that they would cut off If somebody acted up nothing else to write sorry I I I I I I I I I I I

JM: Did you have regular access to the entertainment or was competition fierce? Give details.
Paul: There was so little entertainment nobody really cared and the tv was always a battle because the Muslims always tried to control it don't know why guess it was a power. Thing but there were definitely fights over it, i I I I I I I I I I I

JM: Did you have a hard time staying in shape while in jail?
Paul: No I did plenty of push-ups and sit up ran and did pull ups on the stairs I I i

JM: How often did you get to go outside? What did you do outside if you were allowed to? If you were not allowed to go outside what could you do for exercise?
Paul: Once a day if it wasn't raining, played basketball if there was a ball to even use no grass just cement pretty much sat out there an hour a day for the fresh air

JM: Did the jail offer church services? If so, what were they like and when were they held?
Paul: Once a week but I'm not religious so I never went I I I I I I I I I
