Interview with Todd

JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Todd: I was hanging with a group of my friends, and they had did something while I was not there but I was charged with it too.

JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Todd: The police came to my then girlfriends house and arrested me. They had seen me on the news saying I was wanted.

JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Todd: I was in jail for a year before I went to court. Then when I got out, I went to court a year after that and was put on probation.

JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Todd: Original Charges: Strong armed robbery, and while I was in in jail the officers brought me a warrant for burlary, and murder. Convicted of: Strong armed robbery
