Visitor Policy

Interview with Todd

JM: How often could you receive visitors?
Todd: It was every weekend. They give you a list of visitation and whoever is on that list can come. You have to request who you want to visit you with their names, phone numbers, ages, etc. Then you have to let your visitors know that they are on the list.

JM: Was the check-in process lengthy for those who came to see you?
Todd: No, not as long as you are not a convicted felon. If you have been convicted of a felony you have to wait six months before you can visit anyone.

JM: What was the visiting environment like?
Todd: A stool, a steel table, a glass wall between inmate and visitor. You talk through the glass with no phone.
