Sentencing

Interview with Seth, Ellen and Isaac

JM: How long was your sentencing for?
Seth: 3 years and 5 months
Ellen: I WAS PLACED ON PROBATION FOR 3 YEARS INSTEAD OF PRISON.
Isaac: I have not been sentenced for this incident yet.

JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead?
Seth: i was in holding cell and it was not so good cramped with 6 other guys the window was blocked and if you had to get something it would take the cos all day
Ellen: NO BY THE TIME I WAS DONE IN COURT IT WAS TIME TO GO SO THEY TRANSPORTED ME TO A HALLWAY WHERE I WAS CHAINED TO ANOTHER INMATE BEFORE TRANSPORT.
Isaac: After sentencing you are returned to your original cell in the facility. Transport to the South Carolina Dept. of Corrections only happens on certain days and could take a week or two.
