Interview with Lois

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Lois: While i was at the CCSD they fed us three times a day. There may have been a day or two out of my three month stretch where we didn't get a lunch sandwhich

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Lois: To rate the food I would have to think hard about it and try to get up some memories about it. I liked the pizza supper dish they sometimes served in the evening times with one piece laying a top t'other. I started my joy of liking broccolli and cheese at the CCSD

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Lois: I'm not real big on eating fancy sea foods like crab, lobster tail. I guess if I had to say I had a least favorite meal while i was in the CCPD then it would have to be that perminto cheese sandwhich

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Lois: we took care of our own "outside of mealtime" snacks and we called it a coke run. It is usually organized by one or two people. Somebody will get a scrap piece of paper and use a pen to write down the person's name and write down what they want bes
