I couldn't bond so I stayed on July 12,2008 I caught 2 sealed indictments and I finally went to court on November 10, 2008 for sentencing. I was released on 7 years community corrections.

JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Denise: The police did stop by to serve the warrant, my neighbors told me and I stayed in hiding until they finally found me

JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Denise: I went to court in black and white stripes shackles and handcuffs. I walked in and the judge just read my warrant gave me a new court date and set my bond it was in curcuit court which is only in session every two months.
