Interview with DL.Bliss, Keith, Michelle and Roxy

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
DL.Bliss: 3 meals per day.
Keith: Two meals and a lunch a day
Michelle: 3
Roxy: Two hot meals and a lunch

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
DL.Bliss: 4/10
Keith: Terrible hrad burnt biscuits powder eggs thats still powder slop trays for dinner so they can leave early without cleaning only night thats good is corndogs or chicken sunday other than that it s all straight garbage mark lutrell didnt like when he sat down with us and ate nor did mr house
Michelle: very poor
Roxy: Breakfast i have to say is best more quanity quality variety more hotter i rate breakfast 8 lunch sucked it did spoil meat bad or hard bread crumbled crackers out dated cookies i rate lunch 0 terrible dinner was decent depending on the week actually best was corndogs and.hot peppers

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
DL.Bliss: i had NO favorite foods. the food is barely seasoned and sometimes may be cold when you get it.
Keith: Corn dogs non pork hotpocket chicken patties burritos and chicken sunday sheppard pie string bean casserol soup spaghetti fish its terrible
Michelle: every one was gross
Roxy: None of the food was favorable !! Laughing but sunday is chicken day a big ole quarter leg if your lucky two sides tea or koolaid and a chunk of cake a sunday meal

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
DL.Bliss: if you had money on your books you can buy your own snacks, but that only happens once a week.
Keith: Commisary was ok it was high of course but what to expect from jail theres nothing on commisary tou really need they dont have righ hygene products just mostly snakcks paper stamped envelopes waste of time
Michelle: commissary was ok
Roxy: Now commissary is outrageous the prices that is the selections are reasonable for incarceration it is the prices make you have to spend the max in commissary which the limit is 65 dollars at the max
