JM: Did you have regular access to telephones?
DL.Bliss: yes.
Keith: Maybe if the phones worked

JM: What types of charges applied for calling people? How much money would you guess the average inmate spends per week on phone calls?
DL.Bliss: when you get on the block, you can dial out on the phones free of charge.
Keith: Its cheaper after 6pm but thats if tour able to call i guess in a weeks time 33000dollars in calls
Michelle: 50.00
Roxy: Depends..i found it cheaper after 7 on weekdays but especially weekends calls could be akmost 6 or 7 dollars a call

JM: Did you need to buy phone cards to call out?
DL.Bliss: no.
Keith: They say you can but if youbdo it wont work
Michelle: yes and no
Roxy: No western union or credit cards got you credit from global tel

JM: Did the jail screen your calls?
DL.Bliss: no.
Keith: It all depends actually in jail
Michelle: yes
Roxy: Yes every call the recording even tells you your beimg recorded
