Interview with Shannon
JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Shannon: 3 meals a day except for weekends it was only 2
JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Shannon: The food, The food was good , They had their menu
they would have to go by but it was decent. I
would say a 7 if I had to rate it from a scale
point of view.It was always hot when we would get
it.We had our on salad bar
JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Shannon: No in prison you eat what you get or you go
hungry.Somtimes there was a varity of two thing s
to choose from and some night qw got ice cream
JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Shannon: we have commissary and some stuff wasn't that
high but some were.And it all depended on what
you wanted.There was a set limit on how the
amount of money that could be pent that week
