Medications

Interview with Cyle, Caesar, Liz, Samuel, Nick and Teresa

JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Cyle: I didn't need any.
Caesar: Some people had it brought to them as needed.
Liz: no, just fake ibuprofen and asprin off commisary and ibuprofen from a sick call
Samuel: Yes
Nick: i had medicine but it was never administered on time, just when they wanted to
Teresa: Yes i had access to medications.

JM: How did you get your medications?
Cyle: -
Caesar: Nurse came and called out your name.
Liz: medication comes by a few times a day
Samuel: When needed
Nick: they would bring it to the cell and watch me take it, they had to see it placed on my tongue and swallowed
Teresa: I would get my medications that were brought to the jail by a friend or family member in the orginal bottle with your name on it.

JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Cyle: -
Caesar: I never saw or heard of any drug abuse.
Samuel: Single cell
Nick: longer sentencing, no i did not witness this everyone was checked daily brought out of their cells and was felt up and down
Teresa: I never witnessed this but the types of punishments would be solitary confimenent or additional time added to your sentence as it is a new charge.
