Interview with Raymond

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Raymond: You got breakfast, (if you want) you get lunch and dinner

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Raymond: I did not eat much at the cafteria because each unitwould have food for sale. On any given afternoon you could usually get hamburger at one end of the unit and steak at the other end of vthe unit. Dessert were always available, of course you had to have money for this.

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Raymond: Favorite meal was on inmate appreciation day, we had t-bone steaks, baked potatoes and salad. For dessert we had bluebell ice cream

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Raymond: You make a order form out once a week and turn your list in and the next week they would fill your order. The prices were decent and you had like a cerdit card is how you paid
