JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Dave: Anyone who has a prescription or mental health
problems got medication on the rounds... morning,
noon or night.
JM: How did you get your medications?
Dave: If you got sick you would fill out what they
called a pink card and they would pass it onto
the doctor. If they saw you they could give you
something then.
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Dave: You could get solitary for a certain amount of
days or weeks.
