Good Behavior
Interview with Sarah, Sandra and Lyle
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Sarah: yes. After I was transfered to Huber I worked off
21 days.
Sandra: I didnt get any benefits from good behavior at
all.
Lyle: I did do the earned release program, which got me
out early.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Sarah: unsure
Sandra: no time off for good behavior was allowed on my
sentence.
Lyle: It depends on the judge's sentencing.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Sarah: no write ups
back on time
Sandra: there were no time off for good behavior at all.
I didn't see anyone else was able to get any
either. It was whatever the sentence was.
Lyle: Basically keeping ones mouth shut is the best bet.
Sarcasm, and comments to someone can start fights
easily, and get both people into serious trouble.
