JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Dave: i didnt have a pre sentencing i was not alowed to get a sentencing until my 45 days were up i dont know why they did it like that for a 100 dolar fine but its wasnt worth sitting 45 on a 100 dollar fine i should have just payed the fine

JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Dave: i came to be arrested because i had an fta on me and i had to get a job and couldnt because of that but when i turned my self in i did 45 days on a hundred dollar fine i think there was something wrong about me doing that much time on that small of a fine

JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Dave: court was ok i sat there for a while i was actually last to be called but i was nerveous because everyone had done made her upset so by the time she had got to me she was furiated i simply told her i turned my self in she gave me 3monmths probation and i was released

JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Dave: minor in possesion of alchohal
