Interview with Eric

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Eric: Three. Two cod one hour.

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Eric: Good. Variety was okay. Rate was okay. Health wise it was a lot of artists and carbs. Not enough protein. Only one hot meal per day.Breakfast was way till early, four am. We got the best of the food of the Riverside county jail system because our facility prepared it.

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Eric: My favorite meals were the hot meals. The cooks meals were sugary and full of carbs. The hot meals had much more variety.

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Eric: There was a good variety of commissary. They were no free snacks offered. Commissary was offered twice a week. It was reasonably priced, though I never bought anything. The variety that I saw was good. Many spreads were made
