Interview with Alan

JM: Did you find it difficult to get along with other inmates? Please give examples to explain why you did or didn't.
Alan: Of Course / Innocent - l;ocked up with kiddie diddlers - Geripeodacs - child murders - rapists of the dead - animal rapists and just plain idiots - I wasa locked up with them ALL - even put in a 1 man cell with state inmates / 1 beat my head intop the bars because I was white ( the guards KNEW and was told that he didn"t liker whitefolks and that he would try to kill All and Any that he could -

JM: What types of things did you have to do to avoid problems or fights with other inmates?
Alan: Bite the bullet / lay down and just keep quit - though the majority of the time I was locked up in solitary / one reasobn they thought I was crazy and trying to kill everyone because of the charge -- Stay awake all night - Stand My Ground -

JM: Were you able to choose an inmate as your cellmate if you knew one? How often would your cellmate(s) change?
Alan: NO - though you did have to Raise HELL to Keep Some out and or to GET Them out - they would put you in with Anything or Anyone Without a care -
