Interview with Kate

JM: How many different blocks were there?
Kate: only one for women and i dont know about the men

JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Kate: I was in g but I heard of a block b block

JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Kate: the women were housed in one block, sentenced men, trustees, max, unsentenced, isolation and the hole for punishment. iam not sre of how they divided people other than the women being seperate

JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Kate: the nicest part was it was clean. and the worst part was definitely the loudness and no privacy the only personal space was your bunk. the nicest was having a curtain on the shower and being able to use it anytime. was also nice to order commissary from a computer in the dorm
