Interview with Tony
JM: How many different blocks were there?
Tony: there were two male blocks one female block and
a drunk tank
JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Tony: they were numbered 1-4
JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Tony: all woman were in one cell drunk men and all new
arrivals spend the first nite in the drunk tank
all other men shared to other cells
JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Tony: well of course the drunk tank was the worst
because you had nothing but the rest of the
blocks were pretty much the same and they were
nice and clean wityu great jailers
