Interview with Sara

JM: What types of facilities were available to help pass the time?
Sara: the gym,the library for us trustees we could go down to booking and clean for them bible study would come in on sun and once a week you had the option to go to aa meetings also you could sign up for ged testing or work release if you had more then 30 days to do

JM: Did you have regular access to the entertainment or was competition fierce? Give details.
Sara: no there was no tv no radios unless you bought one they did not allow outside time if you wanted a bookm you had to buzz and ask a guard but be prepared to not see the books till the next day yjey never seemed to respond in a timely matter

JM: Did you have a hard time staying in shape while in jail?
Sara: yes i slept ate and walked in circles in the gym there was no equipment or space to do anything

JM: How often did you get to go outside? What did you do outside if you were allowed to? If you were not allowed to go outside what could you do for exercise?
Sara: they did not allow the inmates to go outside and the only option was to walk in gym sometimes get a basketball and do pushups

JM: Did the jail offer church services? If so, what were they like and when were they held?
Sara: they would come into the mod every sun and i actually enjoyed and looked forward for those days it always seemed to help
