JM: Did you have regular access to telephones?
Rachel: yes you have a prepaid phone in your bay you can use during 7a-10p and the calls are like collect calls
Janelle: Yes a phone was in the bay
JM: What types of charges applied for calling people? How much money would you guess the average inmate spends per week on phone calls?
Rachel: was charge $2 to accept a call and 30cent per min
Janelle: 2$ P. PHONE CALL
JM: Did you need to buy phone cards to call out?
Rachel: no your family/friends added the system onto they house/cell phone and then you were able to call out.
Janelle: No your family had to add money to there phone through a company
JM: Did the jail screen your calls?
Rachel: most of the time they are recored and montiored.
