Interview with Todd

JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Todd: going to court in shackels and belly chains is scary than the charges being discussed and how your life will turn out very stressfull. and the lawyers never help you really beacause that's what you get when your lawyer is free you get free service not help it sucks balls

JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Todd: i ran and they caught me everytime i don't know why i would run i just knew my life would turn out crppy if i was caught and ofcourse eventually they did and not i gotta wait till 2017 to get an expungement which i can't wait for im happy

JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Todd: court was all eyes on me no matter what i was an animal/criminal in there eyes no matter what im guilty i even wrote a letter to the judge and ever time i glanced up when reading i can tell he didn't care and that upset me alot so ya

JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Todd: my charges were menacing and domestic violence menacing- i got class a domestic violence menacing and class c menacing
