Interview with Garrett
JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Garrett: I didn't need medications. But I saw a guy that
almost died. He was diabetic and they weren't
giving him his insulin at the right times. He
went to sleep and nobody could wake him up,
because of his blood sugar.
JM: How did you get your medications?
Garrett: A nurse came around with a guard and gave them
out.
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Garrett: I don't know. I never saw anybody get caught.
