JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Michelle: there is no presentencing theyve already decided
if you are guilty or not. the public pretender
they give you acts like they know what thery are
doing but they dont. the state throws an offer
out your public pretender looks at you to see if
you want to take it or not. if yes thenyou get
sentenced. if not you go back to jail and wait
another 3 months for a court date.
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Michelle: no
JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Michelle: long boring. most of the people in the courtroom
dont know what they r doing. there is
nocompassion fo anyone. they teat you like
cattle move them in slaughter them and movethem
out.
