JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Pat: it was a very scarey exprience because i never been
to jail before.
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Pat: i was arrested at my job
JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Pat: i had to sit on these chairs with a bunch of other
inmates,and with for my name to be called.the judge
was on a monior,so it wasnt like being in live court
JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Pat: theft in the 5th degree
