JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Bobby: I wasn't taking any meds, but the people that
needed them, yes.
JM: How did you get your medications?
Bobby: N/A
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Bobby: Didn't see any drug abuse, other than making hooch
(jail wine). The whole block got locked down for
a couple days for that.
