Inmates

Interview with Jon and tony

JM: Did you find it difficult to get along with other inmates? Please give examples to explain why you did or didn't.
Jon: No i actually had it easy as i knew alot of inmates there and i had a good cellmate to room with besides i stayed to myself alot of the time that i was there.
tony: no, being a gang member and knowing alot of people in there always makes the time easier

JM: What types of things did you have to do to avoid problems or fights with other inmates?
Jon: I usually didnt talk to an inmate that i didnt know so i didnt get into trouble and if someone started a issue i just didnt respond to it as that would cause me to do more time than i had..
tony: like i said being a gang memeber scares people. i did get in a fight thank god i can fight and wooped this crips ass. bloods up homies, i shine we shine we all shine, g shine homey, subu

JM: Were you able to choose an inmate as your cellmate if you knew one? How often would your cellmate(s) change?
Jon: No i just lucked out and got someone i knew in county but as for minimum security i had to get to know my cellmate but he was a cool guy and we helped eachother deal with the situation at hand..
tony: yea, i was cool wit aLL THE guards and always got the hook up.
