Interview with Rachel and Janelle

JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Rachel: During pre-sentencing i was held at ACCF. I spoke with my lawyer a few times as well as visit the law libary to read more into sentencing.
Janelle: Get searched and sign paperwork

JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Rachel: Yes. Police arrested me from Albany County Probation and stated i was being tooken downtown for questioning on a current and prior case invlong me.
Janelle: Yes police came to my house with a warrent for my arrest.

JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Rachel: Court felt as you would feel giving a speech to a large crowd but a little more intimadting. I was very nervous and anxious to hear the judges wording.
Janelle: Court was scary. Because i sat there not knowing what was qoig to happen with my case.

JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Rachel: Ciminal Contempt Of Court. Meaning voliated a order of protection.
