Interview with Ralph and Adam
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Ralph: no,
Adam: No i went from armstrong to the state prison
system
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Ralph: they do not deduct time for good behavior
Adam: Not sure at a county jail but its 18 months in
state prison but its pretty much a myth
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Ralph: once again you have a minimum and a max. you
cant get time taken off. the only way you get
out on your minimum is depending on your prior
record
Adam: Dont get wrote up for anything and follow the
rules. The system is so backed up that nobody
really gets out early and it only applied to
certain charges
