Meals

Interview with Paul

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Paul: 3 meals a day, horrible I ate commissary and sold my trays

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Paul: The food was horrible you would find all kinds of things in it hair rocks fingernails, plastic, the portions were tiny the people that prepared the food would steal the seasoning and smuggle it back to the blocks to sell so the food was always bland, under cooked or over cooked never a good meal

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Paul: They were all my least favorite but breakfast wasn't too bad depending on the day it's hard to fuck up powdered eggs

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Paul: Commissary was expensive you typically paid 3 to four times what the actual cost was a 10 cent pack of ramen noodles was almost a dollar that was total robbery but other things were decently priced like juice
