111 Milton St Blake: i recieved 7 years probation and 144 hours of communnity service and i had to pay courtcosts,fines and restitution for the bad checks. JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead? Blake: no.as long as you are not sentenced to serve jail time. you can go right home after being sentenced.but you have to sign alot of papers first.and then go meet your new probation officer Going to jail can be a scary experience.
