Meals

Interview with Tyler and Brooke

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Tyler: You got 3 a day.
Brooke: 3

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Tyler: It was God awful. They would serve the same thing 3 or 4 day a weeks.
Brooke: If you had salt it was bearable

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Tyler: Once a month they served baked chicken which was pretty decent. The worst had to be breakefast. They had grits and egg which were always cold and rubbery. Stuck together like glue.
Brooke: Hotdogs, chicken sandwiches, chewies, cake

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Tyler: You could get commissary once a week unless you got written up on something then they would take it away.
Brooke: There was commissary, some items were cheap but it was still more expensive then the store
