Interview with Brandon

JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Brandon: they had me going back and forth to court from the penal farm for a year they try to give me 12 years but i got it dropped to 7 yeats and i got my time ran with my other 3 years i had so that what happen got it drop

JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Brandon: no they got me at the hotel they ran up on me and slam me on the ground and took me to the detivte office and try to make me amit to something i dont know anything about so they got mad and put a 48 hour hold on me

JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Brandon: scary all the stuff a had to go through. i was worried that they was going to give me the max my pd was lieing to me so. it wasnt making things any better on me i decide to go to trail but my witness didnt show up so thats it

JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Brandon: agg robbery
