Interview with Mizzell and Neil
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Mizzell: I got good time I EOS my charge in eighteen months
Neil: No. But my good behavior did get me through the
whole process without any new issues.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Mizzell: Idk I was getting 75days for every 40 I served at the
end
Neil: I am not sure of an anwere for this question.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Mizzell: Plenty of people lose good time for breaking prison
rules everyday like fighting having sex drugs
Neil: I never did witness anyone losing time off for
good behavior. Good behavior will make your
time much easier with the staff and especially
the judge.
