Medications

Interview with Elise, Jack, Justin and Sean

JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Elise: yes
Jack: Yes it took 2 days to get them but they came every day after that..
Justin: They have pill call 3 times a day
Sean: you rarely get any prescried medications beyond simple blood pressure or something like that....they just feed you detox pills for a couple weeks and thats it

JM: How did you get your medications?
Elise: the guars would give you like tylenols if you asked for them, but were aloud so many a day
Jack: The nurse would come to the door of the dorm and call the names of people that were supposed to get medicines.
Justin: The Nurse came around 3 times a day witrh presc meds and for asprin and such that they charge u for
Sean: they would only give me my blood pressure medicine.you have to tell them who your doctor is and they confirm it

JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Elise: I don't know
Jack: I never saw anyone use any drugs but I know that there were really stiff punishments like being locked in solitary and getting additional charges if you did get caught.
Justin: Never saw any except people smoking weed and if the guards smelled it they would comein and tear the place apart if some one was cought with something they were charged
Sean: i cant really say that ive ever witnessed this particular problem during the time that i spentin the facility there
