Interview with Raymond
JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Raymond: A hot breakfast , bag lunch , and hot dinner.
JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Raymond: Wasn't the best. On a good day maybe a six.
JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Raymond: Every Friday, they would serve a little square of
fish with some oily bread. That was the worst.
They had a pretty good breakfast with pancakes,
French toast...
JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Raymond: None given by the prison. If you wanted anything
else you could buy it from the canteen.
