Interview with Charlie and Kurt
JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Charlie: I did not have a presentencing because I went to
jail for probation violation and was supposed to
do the drug program in there.
Kurt: When you facing two- hundred & seventy something years you
don't remember every detail because your life on the line.
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Charlie: no
Kurt: I got arrested because someone else got arrested. I never
knew the police was searching for me for the first couple of
weeks they were
JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Charlie: It was alot of waiting just to have about 1 minute
in court
Kurt: Very emotional and sad I was 17 at the time facing all these
years!
JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Kurt: Two counts of arm robbery and four agg/ assaults,poss.of fire
arms during commission of crimes.
