JM: How often could you receive visitors?
Viola: it is twice a week your allowed visitors and it's through a little television screen and a telephone to hear one another.

JM: Was the check-in process lengthy for those who came to see you?
Viola: no it's not lengthy once your in jail you have to have a list of people that can visit if said person is not on list they don't visit if they are they have to bring identification.

JM: What was the visiting environment like?
Viola: like i explained a few times previous it's a room they visitor walks in and they sit in front of a television they have a phone to hear. on your end your in a little cubical with the same as your visitor and you get fifteen min to visit with your friend fam whoever
