Interview with Ashley
JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Ashley: I was prescribed meds and i got
those when perscribed. If you need
asprin or something for a headache,
they will give you nothing. I saw
so many people suffer.
JM: How did you get your medications?
Ashley: When our floor was called we had to
wait in line and they would let you
off the flor two at a time and we
went to a nurse's crt.
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Ashley: Well since i ws on the drug and
alcohol floor, we were all in
recovery. I never saw anyone uses
drugs. I heard they found other
women on other floors but all i
ever saw were people going to the
holeknow
