JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Hakstiff: YES
Rebecca: I was released on bail. A day or two after court, I
got picked up by my brother.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Hakstiff: 9 DAYS A MONTH
Rebecca: I know it can reduce to a few years, depends on what
you do.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Hakstiff: TROUBLE: FIGHTS W/ OTHER INMATES OR OFFICERS
Rebecca: No, I did not because I wasn't there for that long.
I know to stay out of trouble you need to refrain
from arguing or doing something stupid due to
frustration.
