Charles: Every other weekend.
JM: Was the check-in process lengthy for those who came to see you?
Charles: My parents got there first thing in the morning
so they didn't have to wait to long.
JM: What was the visiting environment like?
Charles: Rows of chairs. A CO was always in the middle. It
was an open space.
