JM: How long was your sentencing for?
Zach: 2yrs followed by 2 yrs probation I did the sip program
E: 24 months IP---never take an IP sentence bc if you
get parole and violate they can re-sentence you for
technical violations of supervision.
JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead?
Zach: You are always placed in a holding cell before sentencing or
after does not matter as an inmate if u are not in the court
room then u are in a holding sell after sentencing ur attorney
comes and explains the details of your sentence
E: everyone does, they are below the courthouse--small
and dirty. ask for bag lunch--last milk you will
see for a bit.
