Interview with Zach and E
JM: How often could you receive visitors?
Zach: 2 or 3 times a week on a rotating basis depending on your last
name
E: 1 time a week for general. monthly for contact with
family.
JM: Was the check-in process lengthy for those who came to see you?
Zach: They took me it was quite long because there are so many
people there plus they have about3 different visit sessions
each day they did visit by units as well
E: how would i know--wrong side of the glass.
JM: What was the visiting environment like?
Zach: It's a non contact visit through a glass window and some of the
phones did not work so you may sitdown with your family and
can not even hear them the visiting rooms and not very clean
either you don't get to touch your family and they are in a very
duty place
E: glass and phones...never had a contact
