Interview with Keith

JM: How many different blocks were there?
Keith: I believe there are about 16 or 17.

JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Keith: There's the gallery, b2, b4, the flats, bhu, rhu, k block , j block, f block.

JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Keith: There's a minimum security, medium security, maximum security, disciplinary segregation. There's women's blocks and something called the bubble where people on drugs go to detox. There is also a religious block.

JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Keith: Well the thing that confused me the most was that the minimum security block was a small four person cell which you were locked in for 20 hrs out of the day while the medium and even the maximum security prisoners were allowed out of there cells all day long.
