Meals

Interview with Keith

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Keith: You get three meals per day.

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Keith: I would rate it as the worst possible food I've ever eaten. The food was prepared my inmates and most of the time it was too disgusting to even eat leaving a lot of inmates hungry. They dyed the fruit to look better than it actually was. They did have commissary come every week but everything was priced extremely high.

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Keith: There were some meals which weren't too bad like when they would have tacos. But some meals you weren't even sure what it was supposed to be.

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Keith: They did offer commissary once a week although it very rarely arrived on the day specified. Everything was extremely overpriced like 85 cents for a 15 cent soup and $245.00 dollars for a small tv.
