Interview with Kevin
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Kevin: I got out five months early. I could have gotten
out earlier for being clean off of drugs but they
said I didn't qualify.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Kevin: 10 percent or six months.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Kevin: Well in my case I should have admited that I used
druges on the presentencing report. That
qualifies you to get help and register in the
programs they got going on. Once you do that they
can see you're clean and you could get time off.
