Interview with Don

JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Don: i was taken in to a room for court were they put u on a screen and do a live link to the court room Via computer were they read me my rights and told me how much my bail was with a few other inmates 2 days after i was arrested

JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Don: yes i had the police stop by my house and they took my kids away from my wife and I they talked to here for like a Hr then they left 2day later they put a warrent out for my arrest then they came to my house looking for me but i went and turned my self in

JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Don: court was early in the morring they would come and call you by your last name the they would had cuff you to other inmates and cuff your ankles to each other so you could not run off it was hot in the court room and we stayed hand cuff

JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Don: i am being charged with rape i am out on bail right now
