Interview with Ellen

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Ellen: 3 meal where served daily since I was pregnant I also got a snack bag.

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Ellen: The food sucked I give it a 1 out of 10. The food looked like animal food all mushed together and full of starch. Plus a pack of bread with every meal. Horrible just that alone made me regret going to jail. I looked forward to dinner because I knew that I was going to bed shortly after.

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Ellen: I hated all of the food. I thought the foods they gave us was horrible tasting, and bland. The cereal would be the only thing I would say was just ok

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Ellen: I couldn't afford commissary so once in a while my mom would order me a package online of snack foods. I never want to experience Jail again. Being hungry while your pregnant is the worst!
