JM: Did you have regular access to telephones?
Rob: Yes when I was not on lock down
JM: What types of charges applied for calling people? How much money would you guess the average inmate spends per week on phone calls?
Rob: 80$ and even more! I tried not to call all
the time but sometimes it makes you
feel better.
JM: Did you need to buy phone cards to call out?
Rob: No, my people had to hook up collect
calls
JM: Did the jail screen your calls?
Rob: Yes they do all the time.
